1. Why SWIFT, why now?
Again, are “YOU” SWIFT?
We are now in the age Steven Covey calls the age of wisdom.
Ideas. Data. Information. Knowledge. Insight. Wisdom. Dominate.
It started in 1957 with the launch of the Russian Sputnik
Quickly followed by cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin’s first space flight.
The World Wide Web by Tim Berners-Lee and co. accelerated the movement.
Before it took global brands like Coca-Cola 100 years plus to reach global status.
Yet Amazon, Google, Facebook became global behemoths within 10 years.
The world is not becoming a global village.
The world is a global village.
Technology has flattened the world.
Time is compressed.
So, what should you do right away?
You need a mindset shift and agility – like the SWIFT.
Learn how to use leapfrog technologies.
Nigeria leapfrogged Europe and America in the use of GSM telephony.
Whereas Americans were still using their old-school rotary analog phones in 2000.
Nigerians in the African backwaters were enjoying a telephone technology so advanced, Albert Einstein would be proud.
If you must not be caught napping, invest today in your digital real estate and transformation.
Start with a website, no matter how basic.
Your website is your home.
Get on social media, preferably LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp (they are easier to navigate than the rest).
Whether you’re an individual or a small business, get on social media.

2. The SWIFT community
The only rule in life and business is that there is no rule. Some people drop out of school and become billionaires. Some people finish school and become billionaires. So, success or winning is not about how much or less education you have, it’s not about talent, it’s not about intellect. It’s about the action(s) you take after knowing all you know. Winning is about ACTION. I use the word ATTACK. So, this is a community of friends who are willing to go on the ATTACK. By ATTACK I mean “being action oriented, adopting agility mindset, not waiting for the perfect answer.” That’s the rule of success. The only “Rule of Success” is that there is no “RULE”. As humans, we’re all different. We have different experiences, world views, cultures, TPOVs, so what works for me may not work for you. However, principles are universal. They are the laws that guide the universe. Like the law of:
Time (Time waits for no one).
Gravity (Anything that goes up must come down).
Electricity (It will shock you if you put your bare finger in a naked current).
Hard work (If you show up, put in your best effort consistently, you can’t fail).
If you follow the laws that guide the universe, you can’t lose
